We get it. You've been through a lot. And it's painful. And lonely. And traumatizing.
We get it because we've been there, too. Unfortunately, it's a club that no one ever wants to belong to, but there are quite a few of us, and you are not alone.
But when survivors get together, even anonymously online, something magical happens. You begin to realize that you are NOT alone, that people DO care, and that we CAN heal. We start to learn from each other, support each other during the bad days, and cheer each other on for the victories. You even begin to feel heard, validated and valued.
